FACULTY MENTOR INFORMATION

You should have already consulted with a faculty member and agreed upon a research proposal for the project. A request for a letter of support from this faculty member will be sent automatically upon submission of this application. It is your responsibility to confirm that the faculty member has both received the request and submitted a letter of support. Your application is incomplete without it.

Describe your experience, career goals, and reasons for applying to the ORCA summer program.

Provide a summary of the proposed research project. Identify the problem or question that the project will address, as well as your methodology and work plan. Can be team's summary.

Provide a proposed, itemized, budget in list form. (Maximum $500/project, including team projects.)

Submitting an application will generate an email that asks you for an academic transcript, which you must upload for your application to be complete. Emails will also be sent to your letter writers with links for them to upload their letters. An email will also be sent to your mentor with a link for them to upload their letter.
